I contacted other companies - and got some help - but received lengthy and complicated application packages to fill out and then couldn't get a hold of the same person I'd talked to previously. That all changed when I talked with John Dziak at AIP. He patiently answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about what I needed for my business, and walked me through the application process on the phone.   I never thought I'd LIKE an insurance broker, but I've been so impressed by AIP's service that I'm moved to write a review. They make a only a very small amount of money on our policy, but they've always provided great, quick, professional service, and they have happily provided insurance certificates and added Additional Insureds to our policy whenever we need. Plus they've found really low rates for our commercial liability. I like them so much for my business policy that I'm going to start using them for my personal insurance needs too.
